RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Items may be returned for exchanges only. Exchanges must be for another item of equal or greater value, and all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Item must be in its original condition. Please contact via email to discuss any issues or exchanges. 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New York State, at 8.875%. For New Jersey orders, the rate is 7%.

SHIPPING

All jewelry is made to order, so please allow 2 weeks for production. 

Ground shipping is $15 for continental U.S., Alaskan, and Hawaiian territories.  UPS next day is $35. If you are within New York City, messenger delivery is available for $20. 

International shipping is available for a flat fee of $90, please email detiger212@gmail.com to process the request.
